OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma City is moving forward with the Clara Luper Civil Rights Center, a new museum and community space honoring civil rights leader Clara Luper.
The MAPS 4 budget has allocated $17 million to construct the Civil Rights Museum in Oklahoma City.
